Le stamperie d'arte
Published in 2006, in the chapter: Stamperie d'Arte nell'Italia degli anni Sessanta, written by Antonella Renzitti, when talking about Giorgio Upiglio's historic print shop in Milan:
‘The master made use of skilled printmakers, including his nephew Daniele Upiglio and Daniela Lorenzi, who created Atelier Quattordici in the same spirit. A print shop of young artists that continues the activity independently but with the same ethical professionalism. All possible inventions for the language of each individual artist will be possible, even using industrial printing media as long as they are in keeping with their design intentions. Art prints will never be reproductions, however faithful, of predefined graphic sketches.’
